RICHARD D RHODES
Freelance writer, playwright & media-maker
With a passion to intrigue, entertain and provoke through my work, I love to create compelling stories which engage and challenge audiences. I am experienced in producing my work for the stage and am actively engaged in supporting emerging and new voices.
I also sit on the Boards of The Red Ladder Theatre Company and Script Yorkshire and am Chair of Studio Productions @ Bingley Little Theatre.
As well as being a playwright and screenwriter, I am a media-maker and director. I deliver high-quality material to deadlines and I am committed to supporting peers and colleagues to foster the ongoing artistic and operational development of projects. When I’m not writing or creating, you can find me walking my dog, enjoying a live theatrical experience, watching a great TV drama or relaxing with a good book.
